Completing the registration and payment through the Masahat Fan Center website constitutes full acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Completing the registration and payment confirms the booking for participation in the workshop. The duration of the workshop is determined in advance and starts and ends at the scheduled time. Participants are advised to arrive on time or up to five minutes early. The center may not be available if arrival is more than 15 minutes early. Late arrival does not entitle the participant to an extension of the workshop time or compensation for missed time. Participation ends when the workshop concludes, with a maximum of 15 minutes allowed for departure after completion, in respect of the staff’s time and their professional and personal commitments outside working hours. The workshop duration is sufficient to complete its content, and all steps are explained during the session. If the work is not completed, the participant may register again and pay the applicable fees, or complete it at home. The participant may also contact the center for guidance on the remaining steps or for clarification of any part if needed. If a participant cancels at least two days prior to the workshop date, the fee will be converted into a credit valid for two months. Absence without prior notice does not entitle the participant to any refund or credit. If the workshop cannot be held due to natural disasters or force majeure circumstances, arrangements will be made to reschedule the workshop for registered participants. Masahat Fan Center workshops are intended for adults. Most workshops are open to all genders unless otherwise clearly stated in the workshop description. To protect privacy, photographing participants or instructors is prohibited. Photography is limited to personal photos or images of the artwork only, without including other individuals. Coffee, light beverages, and snacks are permitted, provided that foods with strong odors are avoided. The center bears no responsibility for food shared with others. Participants are required to maintain the premises and tools, respect general order, and refrain from any disruptive, offensive behavior, violation of rules, or any form of selling or promotion within the workshops. Attendance is limited to registered participants only. Companions are not permitted to sit inside the center during the workshop, and pets are not allowed. Companions may be present only at the beginning or end of the workshop. Masahat Fan Center is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, which remain the responsibility of their owners.
